A. Self signed, visible, duly attested by a Gazetted officer and clear photocopy of marksheet and certificate must be enclosed with the downloaded application form.
      a.  For all applicants
                (a.) Matriculation Mark-sheet,
                (b.) Marks sheet and passing certificate of Engineer Degree/ Diploma,
                (c.) Certificate of Matriculation in support of age,
                (d.) In case of contract engineer of BSEB experience certificate issued by employer and details of
                           previous employment in chronological order,
                (e.) BSEB Copy of Challan (in original),
                (f.) Any higher qualification certificate.  

      b.  In addition, the following cerificate, if applicable should also be enclosed
               1. Caste and Creamy Layer Certificate issued by competent authority, if reservation benefit is
                        claimed
               2. PHP Certificate from competent authority
               3. Permanent Domicle Certificate
               4. Certificate from concerned D.M./Dy. Commissioner regarding land looser/land displaced persons
                        due to land acquisition by BSEB,
               5. An affidavit sworn before first Class Magistrate that he/ she will not claim for any paste service
                        benefit on the basis of contract experience as contract engineer / employee.

B. Original-
      a. BSEB copy of bank challan (duly endorsed with name, auto generated application No. and post applied for)
      b. Two passport size recent photograph self signed and duly attested.       
      c. One self addressed envelope of  size 16 x 7 c.m. with postage stamp of Rs. 25/- affixed on.
